What are Flower Essences?

Flower essences are vibrational medicine, formed through the alchemy of sunlight, water & the plants. Rediscovered by Dr Edward Bachs, these gentle and revolutionary remedies ~ have the extraordinary capacity for cellular transformation, offering a soothing balm whilst putting us in deeper contact with the heart of nature.

Flower essences invite us into a process of inner alchemy, guiding us to our true wisdom whilst supporting emotional healing. They have a potent yet subtle way of orienting us towards what wants to be softly cleared & tended to in our lives, whilst unraveling patterns of imbalance so we may become ‘unstuck’ ~ free to be our authentic selves.

Through the intelligence of the plants, flower essences have a skillful way of transforming deep-seated beliefs that may be influencing unhelpful patterns, and relationships in our lives. Through increasing our capacity to be-with our emotions, they support our deepened awareness & understanding ~ whilst helping to alchemically release from the subconscious out-dated patterns, creating a map for healing so true transformation can occur.

This is an invitation into a deeply embodied journey of emotional alchemy, plant spirit communication and somatic resourcing to support your inner & outer transformation.

This alchemical journey takes place over 3, 6 & 9 month programmes, with a meeting once a month ~ depending on your desired outcome or needs. It’s for women & female-bodied folk who are new or experienced with working with flowers, who desire to cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves and the plants, whilst transforming emotions stored within the body.

Each session will be deeply held for your story to be heard, whilst offering a nurturing space for you to connect with your emotional process ~ and receive the support of the flowers.

Woven in will be personalized practices to cultivate a deeper connection with earth-based wisdoms & rituals, somatic resourcing and embodiment ~ so that the work with the plants is truly anchored in your system and ripples out throughout your life.

Through your reconnection with the sacred, the journey back home to yourself is interlaced with meaning & pleasure.
· 1:1 30-minute Consultation Call ~ to discuss your current needs, and anchor your intentions for our time working together.
· Monthly 1:1 60-minute Online Sessions

A combination of earth-based wisdoms, support for your emotional well-being and guidance with the flowers as we unravel you back to your true essence.

Together we will explore your desires and dreams, whilst inviting & rewilding your intimacy with nature. As we unearth your deeper truths ~ we will use methods & tools to unwind the areas where you may feel challenged or stuck, so that you can express from the heart, paving the way for embodied transformation in your life.

As a part of each session, I will intuitively create a personalised Flower Essence formula to support the transformational process.

· Personalised Practices & Resources

Accompanying each session, you will receive a personalized set of practices & resources, to nourish and support the deep and transformative inner work. These will be in the form of meditations, suggested reading, ritual ideas & embodiment practices.
