My desire for what I share, what I offer ~ is that feeling of a deep exhale, that knowing sense that you have fully arrived here and now. Much of the sense of alienation we feel in these times, I feel comes from a disconnect from our bodies & Earth. My passion is to bring you back to your sovereign power, and embodied connection with Earth, her rhythms and that of your own body & womb space. 

Mother is our first home. We all come from the Womb. She is a portal of creation, the source of our desire and wisdom. So we begin here, at the Womb of our bodies, and the Womb of Earth. Reconnecting the umbilical cord to our Origin.

 I have trained in many different modalities over the past 10 years, within the realms of vibrational medicine, somatics, womb healing, and animistic techniques~ which support my practice as an Earth-based practitioner. Currently I am most passionate about offering 1:1 Womb-Hara Massage, Sanación de las Rosa’s (Healing of the Roses), and Somatic & Shamanic Womb Healing.


I have been sharing online group containers since 2020, specifically in the realm of earth, womb & body-based practices. These are an opportunity to dive deep into soul-nourishing, and vibrantly alive female animistic praxis ~ held within the sacredness of the circle. Upcoming I have a 9 week: Womb Initiation programme, leading into a 9 month: Womb Apprenticeship that will be launched later next year.

My deepest calling of my heart right now is offering both private & group pilgrimages in my ancestral home of Southern France (Occitanie): to the many caves, vortexes, labyrinths and megaliths in this region. You will also find me guiding intimate circles along my Mother Line in Scotland, especially to the Isle of Iona, and to the emerald heart of Wales and to more far away locations such as Crete. The Womb, Flowers, Earth & Unseen Realms are my greatest source of inspiration and teacher. I follow the current of aliveness and remain true to my Heart. I am continually on the path of learning & refining, spiralling deeper into my own gnosis with the support of mentors & teachers ~ and I am grateful to those who entrust me to support them on their own journey of unfurling & awakening.

LISTENING

So much harm has been brought to women by them simply not being heard. In both individual & group settings, to witness is one of the primary praxis that I bring forth. Deep, authentic listening, creates space for compassion, understanding & trust.

INTIMACY

One of our greatest human desires, is to feel close, emotionally connected & supported, in all aspects of our lives. But in striving for connection, we often forget that before we truly allow ourselves to open to others ~ we must become deeply intimate with ourselves. Here I invite you into gentle, yet radical honesty as you meet your body, womb, heart & source in ancient and new ways.

EMBODIMENT

If we are to truly see change in our inner & outer worlds, then all that we learn longs to come home to the body, to be embodied, to be anchored as truth. In much of the world, we are experiencing a paradigm born from the mind, yet the untamed path of the feminine, knows every inch of her blood, flesh & skin ~ and can invite others into this deep sense of belonging.

LOVE

At the centre of all things, we return to our origins. My work is love made visible. If what we do is not rooted in deep unwavering love ~ then it can easily become disconnected from soul, from source.. The invitation is to discover together what love, and to love truly is. Unwinding the binds that prevent us from fully living from the heart.
